Nutella Day 7: Crispy Balls

I am craving coconut today. It's one of my favorite summertime foods. I revived my favorite recipe for an easy no -bake snack. Nutella Crispy Balls are simple and fun to make. My kids love to help with these. Here's what you need to make a dozen of them:

1 cup Crisp Rice cereal, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon honey, 4 Tablespoons Nutella, 1/2 cup shredded coconut.

Add the crisp rice cereal to a medium sized bowl.

Spoon in 4 Tablespoons of Nutella,

Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and the tablespoon of honey.

Using two spoons, combine the ingredients until the Nutella covers all the cereal pieces. It gets very sticky so prepare your self. My kids love this part.

Spread the coconut flakes into a shallow dish, add a large teaspoon of the Nutella mixture, and roll it in the coconut to your heart's content. This is my favorite part.

That's it. They are light and crunchy, sweet but not too sweet. I recommend eating them right away, or keep them in the fridge . We have never had leftovers. Enjoy!
