31 Days of Cleansing: Day 11 DIY Orange Bath Salts

We got some more snow yesterday, and our internet was down so I wasn't able to post as planned. Never fails, everyone has these problems from time to time, but I sure don't like it!

Onward! Today is Day 11, how are you doing with the Cleansing so far? Even if you just cut back on your sugar and wheat, and add some Hot Lemon Water, you should be feeling good! Time to enjoy a hot soak!

I found this cute little glass jar at Hobby Lobby the other day, and I couldn't wait to fill it with something.  I made a batch of Orange Bath Salt just because I thought it would look great in the jar.

Here's the supplies: Epsom salt, Orange and Cedarwood essential oils, dried orange peel, and a cute little jar.

I put a cup of Epsom salt in a little bowl and added a few drops of each oil to it. Then I ground up the orange peel in the food processor and added that too.

I added the cute little spoon to go with the cute little jar. This is what it looked like when I put it all together. The smell is amazing. I also added a couple drops of yellow food color so it would look pretty.

Then I added the cute little flower to go with the cute little jar and the cute little spoon. It's funny, I just finished this project when one of my boys wandered into the kitchen to see what smelled so good. He immediately begged to be the first to try it out, and he loved it. I love it when my boys smell good. It makes me a proud mama.

Linking up today!
