I had these posts scheduled to automatically upload while we were moving. Apparently, the scheduling feature doesn't work as well as I thought. Or perhaps I forgot to save them. Anything is possible at this point.
Here it is:
I love oatmeal, as you can probably tell from my blog. We eat tons of it, I used to buy it in 50 lb. bags. Okay, well I realize that's a bit crazy, so I haven't done that in a long time, but we still eat tons of it. What better format than Nutella Oatmeal Cookies? Love it!
1 cup Nutella
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 flax seed meal
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. I seem to have lost the pictures I had of these yummy cookies. I will whip up another batch in the near future and add the pictures!
